EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT HUBS

BWA delivers the Employment Hub at both Jubilee Park Community Centre and Tipton Muslim Community Centre, working in partnership with Sandwell Council’s Employment and Skills team, Think Sandwell. The programme supports residents aged 16+ in finding employment, including apprenticeships and short training courses to help them enter the workforce. Ina addition, BWA’s Personal Employment Coaches provide one-on-one guidance, helping individuals create personalized work plans, prepare for job applications, explore volunteering and work experience opportunities, and receive ongoing follow-up support.
