The ‘Come Dine with Neighbours’ works with residents from diverse cultures, all keen to cook for their Neighbours’. They have access to health staff, community kitchen, healthy food facilities and a small  budget to prepare a buffet meal for all their neighbours to enjoy. Prior to serving, the group in charge of cooking delivers a short presentation on the culture and the techniques of the meal prepared.  It’s a great concept and bringing together different nationalities to share commonality with food.
